It might be a good idea to include electrification in any new sisson fs. Electric power is provided by a crown corporation in NB, so besides tax and royalty honeymoons, the NB government could presuably arrange a special deal on power. I read that their attempts to export electricity through Maine was running into stiff opposition; why not use the electric power at home to create jobs?
