Remember this is without a trading premium either. Not factored in as well is the oft' missed "takeover" premium that most traders discount or completely ignore altogether. In my business, one of things that is constantly keeping mining companies watching explorers is the ability to acquire replacement reserves. Once a miner (say Freeport Mcmoran for example), mines a vein or even a cubic yard of material, that has to be replaced with reserves for them to keep cash flow coming and to keep growing the holdings. My questions is how long and at what price does a suitor come in at ?
Either way, I expect this time next week you may see north of $3 quite easily. I am surprised no Pinetree or Sprott involvement here.
