I thought the board would enjoy this article on Pretium Resources:

I see them as a kind of proxy as they have a pretty special project on their hands in our neck of the woods but they are further along in the permitting and de-risking process.

Their most recent PFS shows a 5% NPV of $1.45 Billion and an after-tax IRR of 28.5% and they have a current Market Cap of roughly $950 Million.

Out Market Cap is roughly $50 Million and I really don't think we are that far off from this project... probably even better.
