Financing ~$500 Million

Financing ~$500 MillionI don't know if anyone watched the Western Copper presentation that came after Wellgreen's but there is something very interesting I picked up from it and that is how they will finance it.

They expect to reduce financing obligations by ~$750 million by brining on Seimens for their power plant and doing equipment leasing.

This brings me to the following quote by John Sagman from a recent news release:

"GE also has the capability to provide vendor financing packages, maintenance packages and opportunities to provide power generation solutions to the First Nations communities near the Wellgreen project.”

Any guess how much of our ~$500 million will need to be raised using equity? This can give us a better idea of how many shares we may have outstanding once all of the financing is completed. Also, no doubt the company could do an offtake for the nickel/copper, leaving us with all of the PGMs.

$500 million might look like a lot but perhaps it's really much much lower after all of the above takes place...
