I am particularly interested in the fact that she has been an Independent Director of Osisko Mining Corporation ... since May 10, 2012. Ms. Darling is currently a member of the Board of Advisors for Hewitt Equipment Limited.
Are we getting ready for when they need to do hiring? Is management looking to help themselves? Are they hoping to use her experience with Osisko for a royalty/streaming deal? What about her relationship with Hewitt?
