on poor Nevada Copper..........despite VERY strong copper prices saving it from a potential bankruptcy! And for those that DONT know wth i mean.......what is meant by is that this would have been BK'd a long time ago IF copper prices weren't as strong as they are in the last 12 months. BUT despite all this......even favrorable copper pricing.......the S is about to hit that fan here for equity  holders nonetheless......

The fact that the "life preserver" financing is taking THIS long.........probably because of heated ongoing discussionsbetween the involved parties & of WTH to do here & the limited options available for them "outside" of filing for Chapter 11........should be indeed VERY concerning to s/h and considered VERY serious.....

So just HOW bad will this be? For stock holders?  In my very humble opinion, and let it be known that i've been 1000% DEADLY accurate here for over 2 years with my predictions.......is that i stand VERY firm on what i've called for last time........another crazy massive consolidation of share capital ......to save the company from insolvency/BK.......to obtain ANOTHER round of massive crazy financing and continue to dilute s/h to infinitum.......

So expect to THE Axe & Thor's Hammer to drop at the same time here......and completely wipe current equity holders off the face of this earth. I FULLY expect at least a10 for REVERSE before or in conjuntion with an announced massive financing.........with the possibility of Pala getting booted OUT....completely.... a short time after. And an eventual  sale for pennies on the $$$ to some big predator........soon after that..

I know this looks bleak......but it willget much worse for you guys here....IF i'mright on this.....and i usually am.....unfortunately for you.......or those that listened & took my advice to GTHO a few years back....Bravo & Welldone my friends....you just saved yourselves much pain & financial hardship....for those that DID NOT.........Well.....better late than never and going down with the ship on this one.........

Hard to beleive Pala would take such a hit they have funds to keep funding for ST as price of copper will make this viable entity above $5

This smells like fear tactics.  In reality Mrmomo is the one who fears NCU is cashflow positive. Financing is delayed because copper price is putting cash in the coffers.
