Nevada Copper Corp is a Canada-based mining company. The Company is engaged in the development, operation, and exploration of its copper project (the Project) at its Pumpkin Hollow Property (the Property) in Western Nevada, United States of America. Its two fully permitted projects include the high-grade Underground Mine and processing facility, which is undergoing a restart of operations, and a large-scale open pit PFS stage project. But one line of speculation which seems to be lacking is that perhaps Pala had come to the realization that this mine is just a poor performer and can never be made to be profitable.  That is about the only reason I can think of for them to bail after spending so much and having essential control.

Many folks here just don't want to hear or believe that the PH mine could be beyond saving.  But if you step back and look at everything which has occurred over the past 3 years or more, a poorly performing, uneconomic deposit makes a lot of sense. 

We'll see.
