Nevada Copper Corp is a Canada-based mining company. The Company is engaged in the development, operation, and exploration of its copper project (the Project) at its Pumpkin Hollow Property (the Property) in Western Nevada, United States of America. Its two fully permitted projects include the high-grade Underground Mine and processing facility, which is undergoing a restart of operations, and a large-scale open pit PFS stage project. Well its complicated and theres basically an impasse.  Pala needs capital but hey do NOT want to dilute to protect their equity.  Elliot does NOT want NCU to go bankrupt since they own a major stake a la Triple flag but they also want a good deal.

The Chp 11 is just arbitration. 

The insane speed at which Elliot put down $60 mill DIP tells me they are serious to keep the lights on at NCU. 

I think Pala is just stubborn. Won't give an inch on dilution. 

Court may force a decision.
