missed// the OP has a permit. vlads cut should B aorund 900M$. i hav a nill figure around 1.5B$ toss in the OP Permit undeveloped looking close to 1.7 to 2.2 B$.. sounds like a lot - buy the USD has been devalued.. the buyer will need to come into the Buy around 2.1B$. they will need a stork based on the replacement that can B reversed for a NYSE Listing
