The free trading float is not as big as most people think. 62% is held very tight by Pala and similar. At least 1/2 of the remaining is also probably held tight.
That leaves about 300,000,000 shares of which I own about 5 million and I know of a few others here with similar or more, so if you want a large block of cheap shares then you have to ??????? ..... do more than just buy some by bidding low.
I am more cynical than you Arb. (sorry patchh if I am wrong but...) I believe patchh is a version of a "subtle basher" who tries to build a specious version of credibility by sowing subtle confusion. Just enough confussion to disuade investors but not so much as to lose credibility with new potential investors.
I think patchh is working with a group who are on the bid at lower prices and accumulating on dips.
