The Company is engaged in the development, operation, and exploration of its copper project (the Project) at its Pumpkin Hollow Property (the Property) in Western Nevada, United States of America. Its two fully permitted projects include the high-grade Underground Mine and processing facility, which is undergoing a restart of operations, and a large-scale open pit PFS stage project. The Property is located in northwestern Nevada and consists of approximately 24,300 acres of contiguous mineral rights including approximately 10,800 acres of owned private land and leased patented claims. Pumpkin Hollow is located approximately 8 miles southeast of the small town of Yerington, Nevada in Lyon County, one- and one-half hours drive southeast of Reno. Fundamental weakness in their research:  latest report is 5 years old and is based upon the acquisition prices paid by only 7 major gold producers.

Cipher (whoever they might be) can sit around and crunch numbers all day long since that was their job but it isn’t mine. They might believe that investors can’t depend on bankable feasibility studies,

(“Investors should keep in mind that there is a strong incentive for companies to persuade engineering firms to use more favorable assumptions in the economic calculations.“)

But I have never found material discrepancies in any of the FS I’ve seen.  Cipher can sit around and crunch numbers all day long since that was their job, but although Mining is an industry with its own set of surprises, IMO it is extremely rare that an ore deposit was found less valuable over time.
