Nevada Copper Corp is a Canada-based mining company. The Company is engaged in the development, operation, and exploration of its copper project (the Project) at its Pumpkin Hollow Property (the Property) in Western Nevada, United States of America. Its two fully permitted projects include the high-grade Underground Mine and processing facility, which is undergoing a restart of operations, and a large-scale open pit PFS stage project. The Property is located in northwestern Nevada and consists of approximately 24,300 acres of contiguous mineral rights including approximately 10,800 acres of owned private land and leased patented claims. Pumpkin Hollow is located approximately 8 miles southeast of the small town of Yerington, Nevada in Lyon County, one- and one-half hours drive southeast of Reno. The Company’s wholly owned subsidiary is Nevada Copper, Inc.

the current admn is not filing a join on this F41.. if soo they would already have presence in the case for the DOJ to pik up when it hits San Fran @ the 9th Distrik...

if that judge rules or orderes BLM to issue the Road and Power @ thacker.. its pretty much over for harry scumm bagg.. he will never make it into the 9th distrik US Court...

the order will hav to go to BLM.. this is the last permit of any size they have drafted and approved; they will pass the final permit speks off to nevada.. and this will B first where Nev takes over a BLM Permit..

i think the jusdge asked a few questions on the permit and how fast BLM could write the permit...

her tone - [spin aside in the rothenburg indy artikle - was this month].. the BLM Agent said not that fast - but soon.. few weeks...

we are luky we have a federal court here in reno.. if this were jobbed out to the 9th or cour da lene - idaho/ diffrent mess...
