Nevada Copper Corp is a Canada-based mining company. The Company is engaged in the development, operation, and exploration of its copper project (the Project) at its Pumpkin Hollow Property (the Property) in Western Nevada, United States of America. Its two fully permitted projects include the high-grade Underground Mine and processing facility, which is undergoing a restart of operations, and a large-scale open pit PFS stage project. The Property is located in northwestern Nevada and consists of approximately 24,300 acres of contiguous mineral rights including approximately 10,800 acres of owned private land and leased patented claims. Pumpkin Hollow is located approximately 8 miles southeast of the small town of Yerington, Nevada in Lyon County, one- and one-half hours drive southeast of Reno. The Company’s wholly owned subsidiary is Nevada Copper, Inc.

UPDATE 1-U.S. judge rules Lithium Americas may excavate Nevada mine site

that means Fast 41 or F41 is now law of the land in nevada..

trump approved the LAC Permit on 20-Jan 2021.. he approved Fast 41 on Jan 15 2021..

LAC Was Approved under F41....

F41 Gives the State of Nevada Full Interm Controll of all Permits/Mine that are in a designated Mining Distrik..

they put it under transportation so they could define distrik.. US 95 goes to ARCO/ARC - NCI - QTA and HudBay..

IMHO they are connected by the same road and are now grouped as a distrik.. Federal Permitting is now a thing of the past here in nevada.. even on federal lands.. these ten year enviromental assesments - snail darter reviews - special places not on a map or a dot looking for a map; are over...

nevada will control all aspects of the OP Design and the Permit to Construct.. nevada now controls the earth wind and fire. air water - birds - lakes - harry scummers..

U have no idea of the grief that would have descended - had harry hater prevailed in the Federal Court @ Reno

the US DOJ did not file a brief/remo w harry - soo the 9th distrik court of Appeals in San Fran will not take the appeal - as they hav not assigned a federal attorney..

its over and the fat lady has sung///.. don't work 2 hard.. harry will try someting.. but his snail darters got fried on saturday.. when the judge moved up the court date 5 days and held court on a saturday//

seehow kinda serious this wazz ! a satt court ruling.. i did not look for this nor did i expect a ruling until the 29..

mabey storks go up on monday..... thats worth a 100,000 tpd
