funding for american mines is hit N miss.. a lot of the morass is this continous litigation against mines anywhere in the lower 48.. there is plenty of old school MONIES in the Reno-Sacramento markets... they simply will not -as-a group invest in large bulls-eye-target projects.. its this continous barrage of lawsuits - slamming permits until investors give up..
