RE:Shareholder value

RE:Shareholder value " he was responsible for the operational reforms, successfully executing a project turnaround and delivering significant shareholder value ..."

That's really good news!  Now could you document what operational reforms he instituded, and how the the project "turned aorund"?

My info is that he was hired in 2013 -

“Mr. Randy Buffington will join Allied Nevada as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer on February 4, 2013.”

https://chesapeakegold.com/corporate/board/

and two years later the company went bankrupt.

2015  - "Allied Nevada Gold Corporation announced July 8 that mining operations were suspended immediately and 230 of the employees involved in day-to-day operations lost their jobs.

Allied's stock was nearly $24 when Buffington was hired as the COO, and two years later it was worthless.  In light of this record I would need more specifics before claiming his employment there a sucess.
