Only plug-in hybrids & not even full EV. Mining trucks. Construction. Military. Delivery trucks. Cabs. Car rentals. Cargo ships. Underwater EV's. Delivery drones. Infrastucture stops @ 3% of goals. Natural disaster re-builds. Smart homes. Helicopters. Motorcycles. Solar/wind storage distribution cables. Any future gadgets related to space build-out(s). None of these will remain fossil-driven over time. Good lord. Never thought 3% could be so valuable. Glta!!)
