this may hav been legal - but as shareholders we were excluded from sellng warrants at any price - past sept..
payla took that cash and diverted it bak to the crediti facility.. that resulted in a net gain.. they are on very thin alumunim foil 4 the first tin-horn law firm..
U need to remember.. there were several commercial investor groups - small privte funds who had their dilligence and funds wiped.. they don't goo quitely in the dark..
