about this time last year - NCI was raided w a huge-monstrus ladder short from around 3$

450 Million shares-traded in about 10 days - running this down to around 1.10..

NCI was working to get that new finny pak in place w KiWi..  the trades wre thru the ITG Vuze and thru the CBOT in Chicago; thats where they landed..

Morgan may hav gone to germany and offered to buy that moneypak from KiWi..  i think MS was in there w SSbank trying to get meat from Payla...  thats why we got solway in that double allotment..  the first allotment did not hav solway - TSC halted Trading / resumed..  next day NCI was closed thru the ITG Vuze / CBOT ---  TSX Did NOT Halt trading.. it was halted by the market maker ITG-Vz.

when the trading did resume on the second halt second day - thats when we got hit w the double overallotment and SOLWAY gettting stuffed w 30m$ of free storks/nci..

this was not - ever anything seen by this trader..

long sad story - desardgens and fidelity capitol in canada were the re-sellers of the additional stok..

SSbank held our still holds around 30M$ for makng that deal go thru.. the fidelity sale settlement is at 77..

here is the crux..  the big seven banks were caughtholding - on their trading desk/rooms - most if not all of the NCI Stoks - sitting in the CBOT/Chcago from that earlier 450M Shares selling frenzy..  al lot of them are in around a buck-4-chuck or 1.10$..

after that double allotment - the stork plunged to around 0.o7 rite after it opened second trade resumption...

whe i say big banks..  CIBC - RBC - CM - etal.. or the big seven banks in canado who OWN or formed the TSX bak aorund 2000..

since the sorks are not listed w an investment firm - they are not listed as owners - like say blackrock - who at one time owned a few million..  there were several others; you could look thiese holders up..

what happened after this - was news of the dyke - one of the posters located the drill logs/well over at the state of nevada..  this is whn we discovered the 2000 foot drainwell over the UG Mine - ten inch pipe - something like 7500 acre feet..  NCI did not disclose tis toinvestors that the mine had a very serious small leak and had been flooding since 2019..

eventually the double overallotment a phoney JV w Solway -and- the retail investors ran for the hills..

the sto shoud star around 6 - but eh markets in general are crashing..  otw i don't see the Big 7 Banks letting this go below 5..

mwh - at some point in the near future - july ///  the big banks are going to review their books for non-performing assets and will force a sale on NCI to sell off the assets as impared.. they are not investment firms and will settle for a 1.50 on their 1.10 squeeze..

had SSbank not rammed thru the chiller killer double allotment a a real european hard noze like solway..

that fisr allotment would have gone 200M shaes traded and hit a couple buks -w- morgan scooping up the sorks for retail auction on the frankfort exchange - hitting Vlad for a board seat as a 7% ++  hoder of NCI common...

Morgan is the likely suspect of RIO lurking in the background - then...  NOW its LEO and RIO and Vlad looks like he got impaled..  or is that vlad the impaler..

buy a few - sit on em - lets see what that judge in reno does in june/july w F41..  somehting will hit the roof..  apparently she has been holding closed door sessions w Lith America nd State of Nevada..  Nevada gave ALC thie full permit a few weeks bak - LAC posted their 250M$ bond to begin consruction at thacker pass..  that mine will produce - first phase 40,000 tons at 60,000$ per ton - first of 2024..  LAC will hav a high temp refinery/mill on site and will produce finished CATHODIC Lithium...

whe fully operational - second phase 2026++ arounf 70 to 100  toms...

anyway - its just a guess...  there is some trails - its just simple to say bad timing - bull crudd news stories from NCI/Updates..  and now a carload of peeved investors - state - local govts and hungry beagles who will sue NCI into the stone age - day that mine is sold..  they will wait until its sold when they hae a few shinny copper pennies filling the bank account..  in this cas bad idea to sue now and scru up a sale whe u an get a higher settlement after a cash flush sale..
