LAC is spliting Tahcker Pass out of the main corp holdings into a seperate company.. that split will occur sometime in 2023..
i thught payla was in for less than 2.2.. i had it around 6 w a sale of 2.2.. but then again i am not going to look it up on the insider holdings; ragg dolly where some of the acquitions came in less that this w loric..
IMHO if this is the bench.. its not a good number... i want payla walking away w around 300M$ aftr a sale.. these naked stage plays started w SSbank who has no held any of the locks and immediately sold locked shares bak after the first credit facility in 2019; the soork took a plunge when SSbank dumped shares abut 6 wks after the deal closed..
payla needs 2B paid for their time and materials - their investment metriks blu up w this leak.. and apparently is the parting of the red seas..
compounding this from the comode.. is Payla is not a mine company - they own them.. they don't hav the capacity and staff to predict and repair - what appears 2B a major imparement..
the lack of vent news and 'skinny 'blurbs about sending contractors paking -w- ruffians in the workplace/ stirring up a daily discrace"". suggest after reading that latest, forward statement; they may B contemplating shutting down the mine from a full production cycle and reducing ore loads to 2000 tpd w a partian vent installation..
Buff did this up in pershing-nv, when he tossed out american mines (?). he shut the pits down and crushers.. went bak to the heap pads and re-leached these.. he did this for 2 years w a half dozen people... he collected aournd 200,000 ounces per year.. this is when or about the same time old shareholders sued hycroft (when they hav some cash in the bank) on convertibles and warrants; this is an ongoing suit in NY State where Hycroft is registered..

the fact they are out there drilling another 25K is probably outside the initial drill patch.. suggest they are going to sell that OP or bring in a new all in interest (w cash in hand - not some scummy free storks - some sloppy exercise w no cash moving across the table - they did this w solway) mine company who will wimply take the op and develope the target.. i also think this is highly unlikely to happen..
what has happened - is payla take one step forward and gets a busted jaw & two steps bak onto the floorboards..

i don't know what will happen for a sale.. 2.2 plus paylas cut ~~ 300M$ 0 thats a little steep, for no real producing copper interest here in the valley.. the valley or distrik needs to B producing in excess of 50,000 TPD of haul trukking to new mills and flotation systems.. now it reasonable to speculate that the enterprise will hav a nifty nickel of 4 to 6..
If we are luky - vlad will sell that OP w split in the company to 2 seperate dieties going into 2024..
if vlad and SSbank continue w their grifter scamms and solway (they would never get a state permit or lt alone a bond ); we are going to really suffer due to the lack of ore processed - for several years..

otw - some of these mines shoudl B trading around 1.5 to 3.0 and are simply ladder shorted by the cnadian traders/funds...
a larger mine like barrik - maintains in house traders )in the ofice) who raid em back.. NCI needs something w a bigger gunn - payla is outta his elements and SSbank ripped him off;;
