Nevada Copper Corp is a Canada-based mining company. The Company is engaged in the development, operation, and exploration of its copper project (the Project) at its Pumpkin Hollow Property (the Property) in Western Nevada, United States of America. Its two fully permitted projects include the high-grade Underground Mine and processing facility, which is undergoing a restart of operations, and a large-scale open pit PFS stage project. The Property is located in northwestern Nevada and consists of approximately 24,300 acres of contiguous mineral rights including approximately 10,800 acres of owned private land and leased patented claims. Pumpkin Hollow is located approximately 8 miles southeast of the small town of Yerington, Nevada in Lyon County, one- and one-half hours drive southeast of Reno. The Company’s wholly owned subsidiary is Nevada Copper, Inc.

basically it turnss all PEMRITTIng over to the state of nevada..   take the fedds out of EIA - federal land oversite..  under a transportation rule/federal (trump passed the legislation - sign it before he left office)..

it gross comparisons..  the greens who sue evertime a mineapplies for aa permit - will B barred from using federal courts and will hav to go thru the state courts; bad  idea for them tree huggers 0 under state rules they can counter sue to recover cost of the primary suit..

LAC and NCI ( has a permit but still needs a construct the OP) are one of 3 or 4 mines in the US tht will B impacted by the federal reno rules....

there is and has been some TMX activity w CIBC starting about 10 days ago where Morgan kinda moved to the background..

the sales are small and appear to B small broker activity and suggest local insider activity/residents..

OTW there is no liquidity in the stok so the buyer is essentially a scripted equity partner //  very hard to sell NCI when it moves up.

ehre are the TMX trades...  also - i did not open my trade station today - soo i don't kno if the sales are implied auction and will B sold at dealers auction @ the close of bell in germany..  the day records the absolute and relative spread nd are generally w/n the 20$ dealers auction rules.

implied auction - simply google and that will explain how the TSX is keeping nCI from gettting kicked bak to venture..

most of the trades seen on the TMX are Bots w/n the CBOE @ chicago...

the absolute share price of NCI is a dead letter - its 2xAnnual Loss Notifications
