The Company is engaged in the development, operation, and exploration of its copper project (the Project) at its Pumpkin Hollow Property (the Property) in Western Nevada, United States of America. Its two fully permitted projects include the high-grade Underground Mine and processing facility, which is undergoing a restart of operations, and a large-scale open pit PFS stage project. The Property is located in northwestern Nevada and consists of approximately 24,300 acres of contiguous mineral rights including approximately 10,800 acres of owned private land and leased patented claims. RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:change of controlI believe the term, "mining the shareholders", is derogetory expression for conning the sh. I think there has been some. One expects that in all business.

Mostly, there has been bigger challenges than expected. Pala kept being the white night with bridge funding. No one could predict how bad covid would b or how bad the war and weather events would b. I think the untrable ground on the se drift was a surprise that stoped quick access to those stopes.

So cash was needed to advance and dilution was the way. They could have shut down and paid debt and just took it private. It is almost private now. The few ma and pops left can go or stay. I have elected to stay as I believe the plan gives value. Not as quick as I though but has allowed me to get my position up and price way down. 

I will b looking to add more if and when the control changes.
