That is my take 47. I still lean to solway control. This is all swiss and german money to date. So it will take a euro corp to take control. Solo is a swiss mining giant. So it will not b a buy out. Change of control means someone other than Pala ends up owning more than 50%. That can only occur if Pala sells most or all its stake, either directly or through issuing tremendous numbers of shares.  Pala would only do that if it gets some profit on the long term investment it has already made. My rough guess is that they will have an average share price somewhere around .80 to 1.00 Cdn
