Total nonsense.  Wild raving of a disturbed mind.  Nothing like a gossiping truck driver spending his days staring at the sagebrush rolling by and analyzing Nevada’s mining industry.  What's really funny is that the water resource for the Mason Valley is over allocated and I personally know a half dozen alfalfa growers who would love to receive the water pur truck driving fruitcake is claiming is being wasted in the desert.  Incidentally if you wanted to recharge the aquifer you wouldn’t put the water at the low end of the valley.  Duh!  Oh, and a New Jersey carpetbagger based in Elko (200 miles away) isn't a "local".  He's as fraudulent as is all his feeble-minded posts.

BTW - Just how far underwater are you on LAC.  It’s down over 50% since you started pumping it on this board.  Guess you better start pumping more!
