RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Puke - Blah ---- SNiff Puke Blah“I personally like reading  Patch, … gives this shareholder  of 4 years a little hope.”

Gave some thought to what our friend posted yesterday, but creating a false hope is NOT what this board should be about, nor making an underwater investor feel better about his potential losses.  I would suggest that if false or misleading information is what he wants, it was probably was what got him in the unpleasant situation in the first place.

Now first of all Patch is a fraud.  He clams to be a “local” but that’s hardly the case.  Patch is a New Jersey migrant who like so many “go West young man” to seek his fortune, but ended up with a route delivering potato chips and beef jerky to convenience stores across Northern Nevada.  Now I can easily understand how a mind wanders after mile after mile of the same boring route week after week, and the ease that one might mis-understand what flies by going the other way.  Let me be clear, a local isn’t someone who changes their address, but someone who, while perhaps not born here, but was raised in this particular sub-culture with our own set of values that many on the Least Coast simply can’t understand.  “City folk just don’t get it”.

For example, he mistakes a small historic Walker River overflow flood plain at the north end of the valley as discharge from the mine that is 20 miles away.  He doesn’t explain how the water gets there.  Trust me, a dozen alfalfa farmers would love to have a foot of water on their fields in the winter, they generally just barely break even with two cuttings, and water could be held back in the Bridgeport reservoir giving them a third cutting.  What does a truck driver from NJ know about about alfalfa or water in a desert?   Apparently not much.

If you want proof of Patch’s poor judgement only look to his investment record.  An early and vociferous supporter of Lithium Americas shows just another “get rich quick” boomer whose expectations far exceeded reality as his dreams of sudden wealth evaporated in the dry desert air.  Today half of his investment in LAC is lost, and with the stock falling day after day, his long-term pumping of it and NCU has made him angry toward anyone who he now tries to blame for his unhappy situation.

Lastly, I dispute his assertion that this board is ONLY for shareholders.  That simply is not true, nor is it beneficial to the board.  This is a public forum for ANY who have even only a curiosity about the company and THEY are entitled just as much as Patch to comment, ask questions and be critical when THEY choose.  His repeated attempts to censor the board and attack those who disagree with his “blue sky” and false postings should be a warning to all of his particular dishonesty and lack of integrity.
