RE:RE:hudbay
Water N the Vlaaye is on a tight string.. the aquifers are down 70%..  thats why i hav a keen interest on the NCU Shaft Diversion waters..  that water goes into the Yet Water Distrik & they hav total control..  this is Nev Revi Statute..

currently some of the overflow - permit for the UG @ NCI is for 3500 ac feet (renews in 2026 - good 4 10 yrs w revisons/allocation Yet WD) appears to B headed to the thermal plant around wabuska / flows there hav decreased..  or the immediate perrin farms - simple irrigaation ( the water is treated under regs as non-contact [ has 2B tested for Priority Pollutants] and is applied accordingly or blended w regular aquifer water (mixed 2 standards).

NCI is allowed only 300 ac feet for the mne opps..  the balance goes to Yed Distrik-AUthority; the mine does not own that water when it comes to the surface..

in totality there were 10,000 ac feet from the ARCO mine or old anaconda..  the water usage then was mills heaps and discharge into the yet or anaconda lake (65,000 ac ft today)..

that water has been a bone and a couple suits filed and then dropped or settled (sale discontinues)..

fast forward a smiidgen..  nuton is comin in there..  hud needs water..  first and foremost - nuton needs to apply direction of the intended develompents (11M$ implies a short term pilot project)  the mnes in the area will need larger mills..  hud needs a permit for anything up or down w an UG..

water is king - the landscape is kinda bare on directtions w the goups working that area..  nuton apparently has a permit for pilot work if i read the articles correctly..  thats what the 11M$ is for "&" is in that oimmediate area...

mondy is day off...  i don't hav the resolve to go search for permits in the nevaa dept of mines.  nev dep of environs/  nev dept of water permits..  i would guess they hav filings in one of these dept or actuall all three if its a pilot project under existing laws and regulations..

make for a good read if you can find it - details..  NCI is on fakebook w shots from UNR and their mine schools..  thats antitrust soo not much will filter out of there w/o a plan.  i expect to see some of this in 2nd 1/4 of 2024..

there is a lot more..  NJOY
