The Company is engaged in the development, operation, and exploration of its copper project (the Project) at its Pumpkin Hollow Property (the Property) in Western Nevada, United States of America. Pumpkin Hollow is located approximately 8 miles southeast of the small town of Yerington, Nevada in Lyon County, one- and one-half hours drive southeast of Reno. Potential Sale

Potential SaleI've been following this stock for a few years. I think us retail were poised for an insider buyout given how low the SP has gotten. None of the aforementioned premiums SCREAMED yesterday are baked into this current SP. 

I think something big happened internally which changed the course of the original intent of the takeout transaction (remember not long ago this MC was 65 million USD??) Makes no sense whatsoever and even at today's MC, still confusingly low.

Anyways, to summarize what Patchh said, it looks like the mine is being sold in part or its entirety and people may have gotten a few paper cuts...
