RE:I love it when people post just going by history, as ncu rhas released this exact note before. it very well could be different this time. Their balance sheet is really bad, but if they are actually close to nameplate, terms for financing could be good. Knowing that requires insider knowledge, which I do not have, so I have to go by fins and histoey.
