apparently some of this action is not allowed in the USA.. i do hav one small holding called LEO as a watch stok... it frequently flags up-tik rule in place and no shorting allowed on my trade station..
ITG Vuze is the CBOT in chicago.. its where U can trak some of the sales and settlements on stockwatch...
today morgan will raid on the TSX around 95. at the bell they will then come in and sell 1000 shares at 90 and next day come in and sell again at 85 to the bots on the TMX; all of this is some auto sales or bots..
thge good guys is TD -- the crooks are Morgand SS Bank.. apparently there is something personal and this ladder shorting is probably the main reason we do not see a little copper price bumping..
in canada NW and upper interior moning.. this pratice has wiped out entire villages and regions.. these bandits come in and ladder short until there is no cash left N the target..

as to why U could not buy.. ? liquidity.. the ADR (like to know who ownd this NCI Portion/ADR) sold yesterday rite around 2ooK+ and then another large sale,, my trade station shows these sales running thru the adr FROM 65 TO A TIK ABOVE 80...
the market maker may not hav had any storks to sell... the day before around 200K went thru Implied Auction and I do no know the rules for Failed TO Deliver: if these implied auction storks are delivered - i do not know where.. for the TSX its in Frankfort on the exchange up there.. before the stok totally wiped.. U caould see the yellow implied auction's on my trading stations.. go ove to the frankfort and seel the transcations...
look implied auctions google.... these are dealer's... but if the stocks are delivered.. they eventually go ther the CBOT in chicago and that IROC stamping..
if U are confused... well - its running something like this... if NCI runs below a threshold set by the TMX soo many days - it gets kicked off to the venture.. and a lot of them banks up there hold NCI or hav shares parked in the CBOT,,
follow the TMX Trades... thats not retail traders - they co thru the NEO or Ca Exchanges up there / something like nine when U toss in the Tesla Banks/Exchanges (Ion Elon - owns 50 banks and exchanges all private)
