RE:RE:Change of Control to a Sale

RE:RE:Change of Control to a Sale

It is structured for either. The goal is realize maximimum potential of theoretical value.

In retrospect, It looks like Pala rebooted the mine when wood plc was hired. Post implimentation and capex of 100M+, the mine was deemed still uneconomic, or at least uneconomic without risking a few hundred million more in cap by M and P. Maybe this new tech that could bring major supply online via low grade/hard to extract 'waste' material WW played a role. I know I have exited all my copper positions until I know the potential disruption.

ofc, it is possible there is demand for the property and Pala and Mercuria are themselves in trouble and literally cannot afford more $ and have to distress sell, but then one has to ask why it wasn't done before ch11.

We will find out soon. It is longshot possible SH will realize something from the sale, abs max of $150M-$175 tho. I think zero is most likely, but you never know 100%.
