U R asserting Hud along w freeport (et.al) is stranded in peru.U provide not a shred of evidence to back this claim up..

its illogical..  groundless to assert hud wull sell to buy..  HBM is a 9.7B$ mine operation.

usefull would B to see if drill bits can B located on that QTA Trak on the E. Boundary line of NCI :: B4 it was transferred to LEO.
