Every 1 cent of copper price increase NCU

...adds almost a half cent to NCU's share price in the long run IMO

(Yes, IMO)

Using a conservative figure of 65 million pounds per annum and taking a baseline copper price at last $0.14 financining of
  • $2.95 = $0.63 X 65m pounds X10 C/F multiple = $0.27 + $0.14 = $0.41 today
  • $3.20 = $0.28 X 65m pounds X10 C/F multiple = $0.12 + $0.14 = $0.26 today
  • $3.30 = $0.18 X 65m pounds X10 C/F multiple = $0.08 + $0.14 + $0.22 today
And copper is going up.
This was based on $3.58 copper

Happy to share my work.
What do other's here think???
Cheers,
Notgnu

LoL ... the way copper is moving up I better now withdraw my 1 million share sell offer at $0.175 just in case (most likely) I sleep in tomorrow  Cheers and happy speculation out there, Notgnu

Oh, and the 65 million pounds per annum (after ramp up) is 5000 TPD X .018% underground copper x 2000 pounds per ton X 364 days. But all of this attributes no excess to expansion drilling that could also add to the share price (unless it come up with bupkis [yes, it's Yiddish for "nothing"])

Thank you NOT for all your hard work and time that you put in NCU . I agreed EVERYTHING WITH YOU about NCU ( we are SPECULATORS , we bought when we had only 60% of info , lot people is still waiting on sideline for 100% sure b4 jump in then NCU should be in $.60 . ) not with Bog's things but the way you had suggested was good . FOCUS ON NCU Bro .

I think its a sensible approach, but NCU has a large binary component right now.   15.5 cents is not an estimate of NCU's worth based on any sensible metric. The market seems to be pricing in a 60% chance that NCU is worth ZERO, with a 40% chance NCU is worth 40 cents - Mathematical expectation of 16 cents per share. So at $3.50 copper, on production news, as copper prices go up ...more

Could agree more with your perspective Rational. There still exists a chance of zero and shareholders are rightly fearful... This is part of the big discount to the price. I am guessing that insider blackout also contributes. If they come out of blackout coincident with a positive news release on consolidation and finace signing and then do some buying then the share price could double very ...more
