we R already in Feb and Scotia has not sold the residual storks from the over allotment 2 the general retail investors.. again - not an expert; but the big 7 can buy the unregistered shares -but- not the New Storks Created w/o a declaration as an investment grouping.. kinda falls under a car dealer seling cars they don not hav on lot or own because they hav not been manufactured.. the
