Has REPEATEDLY  made major mistakes in the development of PH.

And while we can all make mistakes what has angered the retail market is that VLAD has taken advantage ( possibly initiating) of the situation to seriously reducing his average cost of his NCU shares!!

Lastly this hasn't been one mistake but a continuing chain of major sc_ew ups. 

And rather than properly communicating what happens PALA and it's inexperienced NCU Board chair simply fire another experienced mining man! 

This lack of competent and honest communication has further removed any trust that did exist for NCU!

Last  the final confirmation that NCU/PALA  are not an honest /competent organization is the FACT that PALA denies any involvement with NCU = just check out their current website! Where there is no reference to PALA being the owner of NCU and likely PALA's largest investment.

Please remember that I have been a shareholder since 2012 and I am in for the long haul HOWEVER many of us can't see NCU recognizing its full (any) potential until PALA is not involved in the mine development!.

Hi Rock, pls dont get me wrong, completely agree with your statements. this is a fxxxxin dead horse. I dont see any further invest for me, nor will I sell. And I think, that the majority of us feels the same. It is Pala who must deliver: 1) Selling: Validate the  fuxxxin value of the OP and the current costs to get the fuxxxin UG runnin, say: I would not buy the used car today, not matter
