key phrase in J4 release was "strategic options", which indicates everything is on the table. Sale is most likely given the rather dramatic release of J1. Not guaranteed tho, low price reflects the fear of a PP and another billion share microcap needing a 10:1 RS. If sale, timing will be interesting, as there is work to be done to get the true potential of the property into study form

A claim of "strategic options" isn't the same as having them or being able to act on them.  I don't know what's going on bcause I don't think they know what to do now. Your worst case scenario is consistent with the share price today.  So that tells me little further downside from here... which means I'll average down more and hopefully lose less money in the long run

That is a reasonable summary of the range of possibilities we face, Roy. Thanks for putting them down. I agree: strategic options may mean a sale. Or it may mean a buy-in partner. It could be we end up with a working agreement to have the parties work together to determine the right buy-in price. the 70M USD is in the tank. What we all are missing is whether or not the 'geotechnical challenges' are fatal to the UG, esp at $3.25 copper. Defaulting on main contractor is possible black flag. We still have a path to OP victory; but as outsiders, impossible to assign reasonable probabilities of that. I still want them to try, despite thinking sale is most likely.
