An offering was made back in May 2023 when the share price was .27 cents CAD lol. That's a 68% increase from where the closing price yesterday when they are far more advanced than back in May 2023. This current SP is a steal of a deal!! at least for now :P

Check out the stock patterns of the company listed below. Very similar to Nevada Copper where the largest shareholder is taking this company private with a 54% phantom premium from an all time low share price. This just happened today. The stock with NCU.TO is exhibiting similar patterns that highly imply a similar event going on here. Same thing happened with Casper as well with Private equity

I understand now where you are coming from, and you may be right.  For myself I've never held other than mining stock for most of the last 20 years.  I've always believed that mining stock are distinct of the general market and react to other diverse factors.  Of course, most of that experience was in precious metals where the idea of supply/demand does not exist.  The
