I think the news justifies the spike in volume.
What we don't want is unreasonable expectations being disappointed. The bottom line is they are starting up again, let's see how that goes before we sell the ranch. Seems that most of the UG challenges have been addressed, but it has taken time that has left the stock mired on life-support.

I do not think you are in any position to give any comment based on your recent VRR comment. Better get back to that drawing board.
