Thing happened a couple decades ago. A large corp made a hostile run at a junior I was in right after the junior made a large uranium discovery.
The big corp had accumulated enough shares to make an offer. They got more shares on the up. Then another bidder came in and offered more. I sold at a couple multiples but management did not sell and got a lawyer. It was determined that the offer was not fair and so those that held until the end got a nice bonus.
Pala has done the same here with plenty of shares to control ncu. It looks like there is a friendly deal in the works. There are hardly any retailers on ncu now. Guidance for ncu should b about 300 million free cash with UG mine. That should do s 20 multiple for 6 billion . At these copper prices, the insitiu is getting valuable.

Forgive my pessimism but i am still leaning towards a massive dilution ,with PALA or a third party.A third party with 100 Mill @ .10 would probably give them control or PALA would pump in another 50 Mill @ .10 to keep control. Hope i am wrong but i have no faith in the management of this company.
