Sale / Buyout / Change of troll and control

Which one do you think will happen? @Cnynman and other longholders invested (perhaps Maurice?) With the current owners scalling back on funds during negotiations after spending the last 2 years investing heavily into the mine, wouldn't that mean they are confident in who they are partnering with for financing or possibly selling their shares to? Think about it (any retail reading this) Pala spent 14 years investing in Nevada Copper and Mercuria joined only 2.5 years ago - if they signed an exclusive agreement, doesn't that mean there were multiple bids for financing opportunities or buyout offers? What would be the point in having an agreement? I mentioned my opinion a while ago but curious about others? If a third party buyer or financiers had Pala sign an exclusive agreement, wouldn't that be because the third party needed peace of mind that Pala wouldn't seek bids elsewhere?

I know there are some highly experienced and knowledgeable people behind these usernames...

Would.love to hear your input as I'm sure other long holders would to.

Thank you in advance - Blake
