Alright here's my second take on it. Pala is sitting on a massive land package that is in high demand with lots of copper next to our Tesla factory in Nevada. The only thing this Press release tells me is that Pala knows they have options. If they were desperate to sell, no exclusivity agreement would be needed to sign and if they are negotiating and playing hard ball with the original third party, it's because they want their price.Pala likely has other people lined up who are willing to make a better offer than the original third party buyer / investor, which in turn may force the original Third party investor to improve their offer. Bassically...tiktoktiktok...Clock is running...
