Nevada Copper is now in remedial review but remains halted for another 30 days. Makes sense to keep the shares halted during a bidding process otherwise people would be running to buy up these shares if they were tradeable...

Shares may remain listed but halted for time being. Maybe a consideration may be in the form of stock + bitcoin or cash from whoever may buy NCI, which requires ncu / nevdq to be listed.

The share price only ever passes real value, never stays there. How the market works. At .03 it could be overpriced. Trading in the .09 nust represents what mom and pops buy n sell pressure, not real value or just low end of short term value. If someone wanted to buy into a slice of ncu on the market, price would ratchet up pretty quick. This so called chapter 11 is more a power play for the

Interesting thoughts kw. I believe the mine is very feasible. Otherwise they would not have kept the workforce on.   They have said, during restructure, there may b some positions uneeded and so some layoffs could happen. The q is.   If mill and mine are shut, what are all the employees doing? A few could b helping with UG crusher commissioning. Others with the backfill pipe

The 30 day halt raises questions. Ncu must have requested it. They could just delist if there is an exceptable bid to start the auction. Also if unhalted, buyer could pay cash for shares or do a share swap or combo. The gamble is seeing copper go to 4.00 or 7.00 during the process. Nf
