If they had some professional advise or experience they wouldn't be doing that. They'd be patient waiting for Capstone to come to them. The price of copper shouldn't be a factor on a day to day basis. Capstone doesn't care because it's a long term project. Copper price will matter when they are closer to building a mine and even then they will still proceed regardless what the price is long as were not sub $2 which isn't going to happen.
