we are talking billions flowing to canada and then bak again into the states.. initially:stoks are delivered to the companies in a wells armored car.. Hycroft registers them.. then sells them as a bundled Derivative - like home mortgage; interest bearing bonds..
now Hycroft has cash.. its unrestricted and can go thru the interbank wires..
e.g. NCU now is ready to pit mine.. they need Haul Truks.. Lead tiem is six months - hwys hav to B closed to deliver them w the state police/complicated..
NCU cannot go to US Bank and ask for 250 million buks to go buy 10 haul truks.. US Bank doesent understand "Haul Truks" - not quiet the same thing as a Ford SUV / these they understand.. so finacing could take 7 monts to craft an instrument - collateral required/etc..
so in come Hycor Facilities (money).. they lend the 250 Million.. NCU goes to Cat and pays up front for delivery of the 10 haul truks... then ! Opps! Cat has a strike - ohohhh ! it goes on 4 three months,, now things are dicy w NCU - no income.. with a bank there is a problem w payments.. Federal Banking/Lending Rules are not-exit instrumetnts - same as a car loan..

w hycoft.. they will reach out to one of their facilities - sell or bowwor to pay an extension on the 250M al ready out the door.. Cat will not return the money and will pretty much not write act of god events into the contracts.. soo everybody is happy.. the attorneys do not get a call.. and NCU doesent hav to lay off staff and go to the matt burning fluid cash flow..
in the cast of Hycroft - mines.. we are talking realestate.. lots of attorney here - tax structures/negoiations for distrik..
as to will it benifit NCU directly for arms lenght transactions [No] - these transactions are pretty much open air once they are announced... NCU is on the board in this mix.. at some point - due to all the BS associated w taxes and regulations - expanding hospitals/schools.. a master player will come in here and snatch all of the units.. My Guess @ 30 months is Rio or Teslas goes solo and runs it all..
