Surprisingly it doesn’t take long for some newbies to reveal their true character.  TTC comes on this board, makes a number of claims, one of which I was not aware of: 

“There are several mining journals and investment firms that have already covered that (Covid)”.

As I have tried to closely follow this issue and naturally wish to learn more and update my information;  so I requested reference to those sources TTC claims to have read and tha he found “covered” the issue.

Whether his assertion was true or false, he however could not cite a single mining journal article among the “several” he claimed to had seen.  When pressed he couldn’t cite a single article or report less than 1 year old!

I learned long ago that one couldn’t rely on what one’s background was claimed, but rather to valuate anonymous posts by examination of both the reasoning and reliability of information.  Apparently TTC assumes he is the only one on this board with a science background – that would be another false assumption on his part.  I don’t post my transcript or commonly detail my degrees or background only to say I do have an educational background in population dynamics, have worked as a technician in a USDA laboratory, and completed original research at USDA research station at a major university combatting hunger in East Africa; research that was published, patented, and presented to the scientific community at the annual meeting of the American Entomology Society.

I would suggest that a background in population dynamics might be more appropriate for examining issues of a biological pathogen then DNA sequencing or designing medical gear.
But most telling about TTC is his lack of academic rigor or perhaps his intellectual dishonesty.  He is a fraud, a phony, a four-flusher who appears on the board, knows everything, and promptly brags about how many shares he owns; as if the ability to purchase shares alone is the equivalent of wisdom and knowledge.

No TTC, you have made many claims since joining this board, and much outside my expertise, but dismissing concerns about covid in mining was a mistake – a mistake I recognized immediately and questioned.  One of the most beneficial aspects of a MB is the sharing of information from different POV, and when you respond to requests for information with insult, you denigrate the board itself.  "Spoon feeding" indeed!

But what is truly laughable is the hole you finally climb into when you questioned my background and knowledge and then say you’re not going to read the answer as you “muted” me.  What a pompous jerk!
