1/for max value, they would need the drill results and the updated PFS, which is expected in Q3. So earliest sale date would be july.

2/A forced sale could happen if they needed an immediate PP, which would mean q2 22 would have been a failure, in which case june.

still, they have ramp space, and depending on q2  #s they can still pull this off.

I'd warn people from panic selling if there is bad news this month as that is what is needed for a sale, and this pit is worth more than 200M. bad news is good news, good news is good news, mediocre news is the avtual bad bews.

anyway, current ratio is .2, so fair value would be 2-2.5
