Tribes Drop Challenge to Thacker Pass Lithium Mine in 9th Ci

Three tribes voluntarily dismissed their challenge against the Interior Department over the controversial Thacker Pass Lithium Mine in Nevada.

The Reno-Sparks Indian Colony, Summit Lake Paiute Tribe, and Burns Paiute Tribe dropped their appeal before the US Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit seeking to reverse the denial of their motion seeking an order prohibiting ground disturbance or construction activities.
