The Company is engaged in the development, operation, and exploration of its copper project (the Project) at its Pumpkin Hollow Property (the Property) in Western Nevada, United States of America. Again, for some reason you are assuming that I may have traded at a loss, I did not. 

My investments in WEED have produced nothing but gains for me with those gains representing 8 to 9x the capital I have riding on NCU.

If this one does indeed get bailed out by Elliot I will not be exiting at a loss here either, rather a decent / acceptable profit. 

If things do not work out then I will allow my position to go to zero and use the loss to write down the tax implications on my Cannabis gains.

My gains and my losses are mine to address.  I fail to see how any of this should relate to you.

The markets, as in life, require some level of risk in order to see a reward.  If you simply sit idle you risk nothing, gain nothing and learn nothing.  A loss to me is the cost of taking a risk.  As long as my wins net out over my losses I move forward.
