As a layman, I've learned one thing about the law. What you need worry about isn't the law you know. Maybe someone on this board is right about what’s happening; however, I'm not qualified to know who that might be. One thing I’m pretty sure of, if this goes to court it will take years of litigation to unravel the financing. Think that over this long sorry story that nothing might be represented as malfeasance?
