RE:bids

RE:bidsMoelis is the Financial Advisor
assisting with the sale. I believe the owners of Nevada Copper provided Moelis with a criteria of offers they would be interested in. If bids meet those criterias, they will be reviewed by the experts over at Moelis. Looking at the history of transactions that they assist with, I am confident this will be a very sizable sale that the owners will be pleased with. Prior to filing for Chapter 11, the interested parties may have taken advantage of the owner's financial situation by trying to "lowball" an offer. With this new approach, the flood gates have been opened to others, which may very well outbid the 2 initial parties.
