Agreed... smells of positioningfor bids. lawsuits settled mine soon up and running (despite some minor startup issues) restart of both exploration and infil drilling the only already Permitted USA soon to be huge open pit available I think $0.75 bare minimum but more likely double or triple ($1.50 to $2.25 CAD) N.

most definately agree. i would imagine they have big interest and are now working on a deal. just hang in for a big payday
