I see where they can B called - Early..  Can they call these @ a loss...  probably not w majors holding.. this rversal is something new -2- this trader... Murdick Capp did a SNAP a couple weeks ago..  i hav a few warrants..  opened the board on monday/tue and these wts are up 153% @ the bell.. i.e. Open @ o.60 - Strike on Stok is 11.5..  Close of bell the Wt is 2.83

What happens if the Jan warrants are called when the share price gets to .20? The warrant holders then must put up the .20 for each share purchase, surrender the warrant and no longer get the leverage available to them from the warrant structure after they have reached the strike price. Then they get their shares. However, the big warrant holders here are Pala. They would not do something that

We are also very close to another production update and, I am guessing, some visability on the May (AGM) share consolidation. Aslo the hedges are for about 715,000 pounds of copper per month for the first 6 months. I love to know what this message above says but it is unintelligible. There is no premium involved in calling the warrants in, IMHO. Once the strike price is hit, the company can state that the warrants be immediately exercized. That is it, as far as I know. Remember, this is not a call option, despite what is written above. A call means someone has to sell you a stock at a price. In this case

I agree with comments on Patch. I have said similar things that he/she speaks in riddles and generally spews nonsense. In regards to warrants he/she has no clue how warrants work. I have read comments that some are suggesting that the maturity date could be accelerated once the share price hits .20 cents for first warrants and .22 cents for the A warrants. I do not believe there is any

I am more cynical than you Arb. (sorry patchh if I am wrong but...) I believe patchh is a version of a "subtle basher" who tries to build a specious version of credibility by sowing subtle confusion. Just enough confussion to disuade investors but not so much as to lose credibility with new potential investors. I think patchh is working with a group who are on the bid at lower prices

To put things simply:   There is no acceleration clause on the warrants by NCU. The only thing that could accelerate them would be an acquisition and, even then, the acquirer would likely just pay the warrant intrinsic value.

I am guessing here but wouldn't the aquirer, by force of negotiation with Pala not have to pay the ex-trinsic value? I mean if they were paying 5X the share trading price then I think Pala (and myself) would want a minimum of 5X the rolling 60 day average warrant price. Comments? N.
